Fizz Dev believes accessible, performant sites can also be privacy-first. This policy outlines how we handle personal data across our marketing experiences, hosted on Google Cloud Storage with Cloudflare in front.

This policy applies to fizz.dev, related subdomains, and static assets hosted in Google Cloud Storage when served through Cloudflare. Service-level agreements with customers may include additional privacy commitments.

2. Information we collect

By default, our static marketing properties collect minimal information. When you voluntarily complete the contact form we process the following:

  • Contact details such as your name and email address.
  • Message content provided in free-text fields.
  • Non-identifying logs generated by Cloudflare (e.g., anonymized request metrics).

3. How we use information

When operational, we use submitted details to:

  1. Respond to your inquiries and schedule onboarding conversations.
  2. Send service announcements related to Fizz Dev launches and infrastructure changes.
  3. Analyze aggregated traffic patterns to improve site performance and accessibility.

4. Storage and retention

Contact submissions are stored in encrypted systems hosted in Google Cloud regions aligned with your deployment. We retain correspondence for up to 24 months, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or your contract.

You may request access, updates, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests from marketing communications and provide data-portability exports upon verification.
